About me

You normally don’t want a furry matzah, but this time we hope you do! Matzah is a juvenile double mane Lionhead transferred into the shelter from Harford County, MD with his mom and three brothers. Matzah is outgoing but gentle, exploring every nook and cranny while free roaming—and this does include climbing you as a vantage seat. He waits politely as you cuddle and brush him, which will help you maintain his plush coat through regular brushing, trims, and clips. He doesn’t quite get the stack cup snack game, but he’s got the spirit! Matzah was previously being housed with his littermate Bagel at the shelter and did well with him, but would need a reintroduction to bond. With the large group of rabbits at his first home, Matzah was near the bottom of the social order. If you aren’t afraid of a little hair and want a sociable guy with shades of everything, order Matzah!

*The breed assigned is an educated guess based on the animal’s characteristics; the animals in our shelter are not genetically tested. The birthday is estimated based on a veterinary exam.
